worldserver.Connect FAILED!

Well after a lot of work and a few guides later I know have a server I can log on to, but I can't seem to load a world server. I get a message
[debug] [LAUNCHER_ERROR] worldserver.Connect() FAILED! Will retry.

Also says I am missing perl58.dll and when I insert one I found it seems to be incompatible. Anyone have any ideas?

Using Minilogin server btw.

Well just tested out world.exe and it wouldn't load because I am missing perl58.dll

Anyone know how to fix this?

also what version of perl should I use 5.8.8.822, 5.10 or 5.12? Most forums seem to suggest 5.8.8.822 for the problem I am having, but it doesn't seem to fix it.
