After I open it up and change the information, the computer says I don't have permission to save the file (access denied). I set myself to have full control of the folder, so I don't get it.

Any ideas?

Open your text editor first. - right click the link to it, then click run as administrator.. Then open the file from its "File -> Open" menu.
