Task Question, Making 2 Steps available at the same time

How can i make it so 2 steps are able to be completed at the same time.

I want players to have to kill wargs and warg riders but i dont want them to have to complete one step before the other because both mobs are grouped together

Ahh sorry ive read that before but i must have missed that part. I assumed they all had to be incremented
