Discs not working 100%

Im getting Reduce Skill Timer not implemented yet.

Im trying to reduce backstabs cooldown. Like the frenzy stabbing disc does.

However neither the disc nor the spell work right. The button pops back up but the skill isnt ready to use.

As far as Im aware that spell effect(ReduceSkillTimer) isn't coded yet, which also explains why you are getting the not implemented message(although thats not always accurate).

It is one of the effects I plan on adding at some point, but feel free to dive into the source and beat me to it!
