What exactly do I need to put in my logs.ini to have ALL chat (ooc auc tell say etc) and UCS chat logged?

There is nothing in the standard google SVN source that allows that to be set in the log.ini file or any other means. If you want to log chat, you need to customize your source code and add the code Secrets posted here:

I just find that hilarious...it was "Secrets" who created the log-peak all chats. :)
