Issues with graphics

Im not exactly sure where this should be posted, but ill start here. The character models are appearing "pixelated" around the edges. Some pixels appear to be flashing as I look around. Is this a known problem, and if so, how do I fix this?? Thanks.

UPDATE:

After searching more extensively, I found out that this is related to to the complete sky issue that another player had. When I turn off complex sky, the pixels go away. I can just play with simple sky for now, no worries.
