cannot connect to server

Dear folks:

I successfully installed all of the platinum files and then changed the settings of windows screen to a lower resolution to work with the game and i can log in but there are no servers listed.

it says:you got:0 expansions when i clearly installed the whole package of platinum and i cannot log on to any server.

Please help

I use:Windows xp and my computer is about 4 or 5 years old.

I downloaded the platinum expansion set.

This confuses me just because I thought you had to have Titanium or above

platinum is titanium for the retarded.

how did u fix this problem? im having the same issue no servers and it says i have no expansions. ive done everything the faq say still no luck, plz help
