The Full Carton Guild of the Redemption server will be hosting an Event on the server Saturday November 27th 2010. This will be open to all visitors and regulars of the server not in the Full Carton guild. Begining at noon EST there wil be events with competitions that will tesk bot skill and knowledge. We hope that these events will introduce many emu players to the server and show how great our server populace is. Server owner and GM extrordinaire Gospel has sanctioned this event and we hope to see friends old and new out there !
Begining at Noon EST the events are as follows:
1. The Running of the Gnomes:
All participants create a lvl 1 gnome anything. The race begins at the PoK book in Qeynos. We need people to bind the racers there before the race begins. The run is from the qeynos pok book to the top of the ramp to Highpass Hold in east Karana.There will be a midway bind point if any want to risk it hehe at the gypsies in NK. Could be dangerous but could save alot of time for a runner if they die past NK.
Prize for winner will be a glowing drogmor drum.
2. Scavanger hunt- I have a list of 5 items that anyone of any level or any class can aquire . These 5 items are answers to 5 riddles. The riddles will be announced at the start of the event.
Prize: Ornate Black Chain Bridle
3. Erudite Egg Head Egg Drop
All participants create a lvl 1 erudite. This is a single elimination event. All entrants will bind in Paineel at the hole entrance. Jump down into the hole and survive the fall.
Prize: Full set of Elemental silk patterns and the silks and cash for turn ins.
4.Jeopardy
I have a list of 21 questions dealing strictly with EQ Live lore . The first 10 questions are worth 100 points. The second 10 are worth 200 points. A correct answer adds to the score, but incorrect answers detract from the score. The winners of the first three events will be eligable for competition. The final question is only available for the contestants with a positive point total. More details will be announced at the start of the event.
The grand prize is 100k plat.
