People getting disconnected

I have ran a few servers before and never had any problems, but now people are saying they keep getting disconnected when they play. Like they can log in fine, but when they zone, they will get booted. I looked in my logs and the only suspicious thing I can find is that I constantly get messages like this in my world.exe

I play on my server fine which makes me think it might have something to do with my ports, but I have all of them opened. Any help would be appreciated
