Please help. Cant log into server

the instruction at 0x10001c6b referenced memory at 0x00000018.
the memory could not be read. click ok to reminate the program.

This happen when I tried to make my game full screen

I tried right clicking the aplication itself and making it mini mode
and theres nothing in options that deals with full screen or mini screen
and I cant change it back because once I log in and choose server and hit
go it blinks then says that.. :(

Ive already tried uninstalling and installing and clearing all eq history from computer and almost everything I could think off lol.... it wont go back to
small mode...

anyway to fix this?? please

I'm using toshiba laptop windows 7 (dual core but second one is turned off)

Also when I hit Alt Enter it seems like it goes to small but its black screen and another pop up comes and says ResetDevices()Failed
