Playing EQ without internet?

Is this possible? Basically can i play EQ with bots without having a internet connection, kinda like playing a regular pc game?

Now i know u cant do this as it stands but is there a way to make this work? Like a P99 Server with a bots allowed for offline play.

Actually you can play it offline just fine. Look into AXClassic's repack, it's an all-in-one installer for offline play w/ bots.

I have done this but you cant play any ldons except butcherblock. I looked for an update and when i found it it was ony the axclassic, without the peq db. i wanted to find an update for the peqdb that would let me play all of the ldons. would it be possible to use navicat to import one of the new svn revisions to add the ldon zones,etc?
