Help Me Please!!

Whenever i try to #zone into a Velious, Kunark or Luclin zone i come back with this message "Everquest cannot find the zone file "<insert zone name>" in the directory that you are currently running Everquest from. Please check and make sure that you do not have more than one directory with Everquest installed. If so, you may be running from the wrong directory."....


now...i DO have the three expansions installed and i can look up every zone file in the game...but for some reason i cant load the zone? i have tried so many different things!!! please god help me!!!!

goto your EQ dir, and look for all files starting with kael
aka: dir kael*.*
if you have at least 3 files, try zoning into kael. if not then velious isn't installed.

I got my problem under control. What happened was that when i opened up EQW under the executable launch thing...it had the original EQ folder under the open drive. I have the regular EQ installed and i have the EQ trilogy installed....all that i needed to do was change the executable to include the Trilogy folder!

Thanks to anyone who attempted to help..and to those who viewed this and didnt try...you are the kind of people that ruin EQ :D

Because everyone didnt help you when you obviously don't have it set up correctly, we're ruining EQ?
