I can't find it... Users that make characters have a default status of 20 and can use the #level command. ANy suggestions on where to get it or find it? I've searched the whole computer for Addon.ini and nothing.

Nevermind I found how to change it in the Commands table.

Though I still would be interested in knowing how to change the default account status for new characters. Its set at 20, and should be 0 to be legit right?

look in your eqemu_config.xml file:

I got a lot of work it looks like lol Endless Quiver isn't working, And its not referencing some AA ability names when it sends timer not met message on used AA abilities. Better get some coffee I guess!
