Reload NPC or NPC spells

Lets say you change an NPC spell list, I am seeming to have to restart the zone to get the zone to reload that NPC spells. I know how to get the server to reload the quest files, repop NPC etc. Is there a way to get the spells to reload without a zone restart ?

that should update the spells for the npc targeted. you'll need the id of the list you updated.
