Is there a way to manipulate the script of the guild hall regen pool and place a similar thing to that just walk withing the coords and boom your regen kicks in? or is that hard coded?

I guess you can do something with perl.

Just like that. a set proximity, and a #mana 50 #heal 50 with a timer of 6 secs. It's a regen :)
