The following message is received whenever the wizard epic 2.0 clicky effect is triggered. No idea if the actual effect is working:
"Unknown spell effect 126 in spell Sorcerer's Guard of Perception (id 6275)"
Effect is supposed to be group-wide and lower the chance that your spells will be resisted for a short time.
