preloaded pc

I am terrible at this out of the box stuff, so I was wondering if there was anywhere to buy a preloaded laptop or pc that has everything installed and ready to go. I miss playing the old EQ and the idea of playing it with a kind of god mode unlocked to do whatever i wanted, and go where ever i want is really enticing.

Go on Amazon and buy the EQ Titanium disks, or go on Steam and buy the one that is compatible.... really inexpensive and worth it, like $20.

I am reinstalling EQ on my netbook right now actually.
