Loading screen stuck on black

Hello I am having trouble playing on any server...
I followed the steps on the setup guide for Underfoot..
I downloaded it from steam and everything works almost..
The problem is when I go to log on to a server all that happens is the window just goes black and no loading art or anything pops up and I can not figure out why none of the servers on my list will load.. Does anyone have any solutions please

Nevermind I have figured out my own problem... I had to go to eqgame.exe right click go to properties and change the compatibility to run as administrator

or move your install to something like C:\EQ

I run Windows 7-64 bit with all the EQ related applications installed to C:\EQ\whatever

I run nothing as an administrator and everything works fine.

How do I change it to run as an admin? I'm having the same problem running Underfoot. I downloaded underfoot, uploaded the missing files from titanium, followed the instructions to be able to play. I get to log in but once I pick a server and hit play I just get a black screen and the program doesn't respond.
