NPC;s not responding to hails, and no permission to ooc.

I am new to eqemulator, I set it all up as instructed and went to the hidden forest and downloaded their custom files and spell files and installed them for titanium. I entered the game with a charm, and the quest screen is up to Hail Queen Adrielle, but I get no response from any NPC when I hail them, so I cannot complete any quests, also I tried to ask in ooc and it said I did not have permission. Any ideas?

Hidden Forest has their own forums, so you might want to ask there for more specific help. http://www.thehiddenforest.org/index.php

For hail, you need to be very close to the NPC. Try again standing right on top of them.

Many servers require you to play for a certain period of time or get to a particular level before they let you use ooc. I don't know what the policy on Hidden Forest is, so asking on their forums would be your best bet.

Thanks for the info, I asked someone in game and they said to check here, so I made a post on both sites just in case =)

ooc is level limited on some servers (i hate that)

queen probably doesnt have any script to respond to hails
