i resgite ok,but why can't play EQ in server?

system prompt:
error 0016: the station name or password were invalid .please check and try again.note the password id case-sensitive.


but,my mail_box have the EQ mail.
your usename:...
your Activ ID:....

i'm already Activ my usename and password, so i can login to here.but why i can't play the game.
what's station name ? i need type to what? my username or my Activ ID?

help me pleses.

did you remember to download the eqhost.txt and put it into the everquest folder, also, are you running eq with the eqw program or the eqgame.exe patchme, or are you making the mistake of running the everquest icon on your desktop, if you see the patcher program, you messed up someplace, and need to put the eqhost.txt back into the eq folder, and make sure you DONT run the patcher, if you do, you'll keep having this problem
