mercenaries in the future?

I was just curious if the mercenaries that come with SOD would be worked on or if the BOT code that is present will be the extent of the mercenaries? i liked the interface that SOD came out with to manage mercs and think that it would be a waste to pass by something that was already built into the client.

Wildcard mentioned something about doing code work for it but he disappeared for quite sometime now. I'm sure it'll be implemented sometime probably when peq is closed to doing SoD expansion which probably wont happen for a long time. but who knows, can happen sooner.

I have been wanting to try my hand at them for some time, but I think there would need to be packets collected, and I don't have an active live account. If I remember correctly, there are some opcodes in there for Mercs.
