Where do you post support questions so they can be answered. It seems posting them on the thread about the subject is not a good place to post it, you just get the sounds of crickets.

Your best bet is to just stick with the actual support section. The forums themselves arent as populated as they used to be. Eventually you will get a response on the issue.
