Rain ticks & cap of targets?

Is it possible to change the maximum amount of targets rains, pbaoe's, etc. hit? Also, how can we alter how fast rains pulse? I tried increasing the duration, but it's still ticking at a very fast interval for the duration specified.

You will need to edit the beacon code if you wish to change the pulse rate of rain spells. Targets would be in spell_effects I believe.

Thanks for the quick response. Is there any chance you could provide additional information on what exactly I'm looking for? I'm not the best at C++ ;)
