Server Project 1999 game issues PLEASE HELP

hey guys im fairly new to project 1999 and when i load up the game using the EQEmuLauncher i encounter these god damn annoying problems!

> Sometimes i am unable to logg into the server because it says " an unknown error occured "

> Once i do get onto the character selection screen. it doesnt let me load up my character because whenever i click on " enter world", the game just freezes and nothing happens.

> At the rare occasions I do logg into the world, if i die the game just freezes again and doesnt do anything.

> And when im playing and try to go into another area, ( such as Greater Faydark ) the whole screen freezes and says entering Greater faydark for ever and never loads up.


If anyone has any knowledge of how to fix these annoying problems, then I would be incredibly Grateful as Everquest is my all time favourite game. PLEASE HELP! :'(

What it sounds like to me are client issues. The Titanium client can be rather clunky depending on video drivers, resolution, etc.

Are you running fullscreen or windowed mode ?

Do you have a multicore processor? If so, you need to set EQ to have affinity for only one core.

uhm i think i have it on windowed mode becuase up to the top of the screen u can see the windows bar where it says ( X and the title of the application ) and im not really good with computers do u know how to do that? thx :)
