Need help with EQhost.txt

I can't find the file at all. I ran through a few other threads addressing this problem but it seems it still does not exist. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

It is in the same directory as eqgame.exe. If you have file extensions turned off it might be harder for you to find, but it is there.
