it starts, yet wont let me make a charater. No matter what i try, it keeps making a "newbie" guy, and i cant enter world. what is wrong with it?

The "newbie" character is just a placeholder for not having a character on your account. If you clicked the selected name and nothing happened, well then I would be a bit confused too.

I try to create charaters, but it still says newbie.
