I have 2 accounts. First is able to access PEQ the Grand creation without an error. Second account used to be able to until I created a new character which crashed before entering the tutorial. Now, the second account can no longer access PEQ, but can access other servers. I can't find the newly created character's info anywhere in order to delete it to solve the problem. Is there another solution that doesn't involve reinstalling the client?
