Titanium Install Issues

I was attempting to install Titanium today and I kept getting an error message half way through the 4th disc.

Component Transfer Error

Component: Titanium
File Group: EQ Files
File: E:/data5.cab
Error: The device is not ready.

After this the Program Compatibility Assistant comes up, but it doesn't help at all.

Could anyone help me with this please?

I had to lower the read speed on my dvd-rw to make it work. this is not a cd issue. google the error message and you will get other ideas if this does not work.
