I need to add 7000 to 7500, 9000 and 9080 to an ActionTek PK5000 modem and all I can find is Port Forwarding with this. I'm tried several things and nothing is working, nobody can connect to my LAN IP. Does anybody have experience with this modem or know what I should do from here? I can personally connect to my server perfectly but people outside of me cannot. I followed Trevius' Guide on the above information but Range Port Forwarding seems to either not exist or be called something else with one of my modems here. (I'll be moving the varlyndria server to two different places frequently so I need both working.

Some help would be awesome right now. Thanks.

I will be heading back to my comcast today so hopefully that goes by smoother for may 1st launch.

This should help you. If you need any further assistance, I would be glad to help via Teamviewer or over AIM or Skype or something.

The default password is no password.

Advanced Port Forwarding is the option you need.

If you need to forward a range, use start port as the beginning range part, and end port as the end of the range that you wish to forward.

Also, if you prefer not having to deal with moving the server between two places, Linode has pretty affordable hosting plans for remote hosting.
