zone and level change

i have an idea where i need to be able to temporaily change a character's level upon zoning into a certain zone and when they zone out they will be back to normal, aa's unaffected if possible...

anyone have a clue on how i can do this? i have searched the forums the best i can but am having trouble...any help would be much appreciated

I remember Trevius wrote a de-level quest a while back that may give you some ideas .. it's in this thread I think.
