Cannot Connect to my server

Hey everyone, I just set up my server and when I try to connect I get the error 1017, here is what my eqemu_config set up.

Mind you I am on a routed network, and also I am trying to connect with my other PC. I do however have a separate PC for my server. Does anyone have any other ideas? or need more information.

My World.exe also says 0: sleeping.

This should be your external IP address. You can find it by going to http://www.whatismyip.com/

You may still have issue connecting from inside your own network, but as it is right now it'll never work for anyone.

Well I did that now im getting a massive negative in the server status like -400000000 or something along those lines.

Also my tblloginserveraccounts looks like this.

im not sure if I did something wrong here.
