I cant make a character on any of the servers

I can log in, but then it ask's me to make a new character. So i go through the char creation process, and then nothing happens. The character doesnt pop up, i cant click enter world, i cant exit, i cant try to make a nother one, nothing. I have to reset my com... How do i fix this?
