I have a few buddies of mine playing eq with me, and they are having a lot of problems. I will try to get the specs of there comp but I know this much.

First problem is that this person is getting a no 3d devices found error whenever they try to play the game and lauch from eqemu. I have looked at a bunch of forums posts and done searches. What I found out is that in there device manager there display driver had a yellow exclamation point. I looked up the properties and it has a Error Code 39 (broken or damaged driver). I have tried to update the driver and it says that it has the most current driver. Could you please help me with this problem.

Windows 7 64 bit. 2GB RAM, Direct x 11,

The second problem is the other person has EQ up and running they can play the game and join the server, but sometimes when they go to the second server list there are no servers. The other problem they are having is that sometimes when they zone the game freezes they waited 15 minutes on a black screen. Now there roommate using the same internet has had none of these problems at all, they can play the game just fine with no problems.

Windows 7 64 bit 8GB RAM, Direct x 11

So you googled the error code and then just stopped? You aren't asking anything specific to eqemu, you are having general computer troubles and there are a shit load of resources to deal with those.

I wouldn't hold my breath for somebody to come over to your house to fix your problems.

No, I googled the issue, looked checked the router to see if it was a network issue wasn't a network issue, I checked the person's computer, was installed the same way as his roommates had the same specs, even same model desktop. Spent all Friday, Saturday and Sunday trying to find a something, I did try each solution on the EQEMU FAQ and ones I found. I'm not asking someone to fix my damn problem, just some help from some people who might have experienced the same thing.

First off what client are you trying to run? What are your graphics cards? Nvidia or Radeon? Have you tried running eq in comparability mode?
