Loggin accounts blank

I basically never used this site after I got everything set up and running a couple years ago. I forgot my login info so I had it sent to my Email but when I log into user control panel it shows all my accounts / world accounts as blank. Could I have accidentally created 2 for the same email? I need the login info for the one I've been playing these past couple years and not this blank account. Any help would be great.

im having the same problem, my login server accounts are not showing up anymore in my User CP on the EQEMU site.

Thx for the link ganj but I'm not having a problem with passwords. My account appears blank. thats the problem.

You're awsome Trevius! Thank you! I guess for some reason I had made two accounts and the automated PW recovery thing was only sending me info for one. This helps a ton.
