The end of the Freeport Dock

I have had my server up a couple of weeks working on things and switched it to classic. At the end of the Freeport Dock there seems to be something blocking it. I'm not sure what it is and it's invisible. I want to get rid of it. I have the latest files and server. Anyone happen to know what it is so I can get rid of it?

Update~

I tried to repop the zone while running into it and it deosn't repop (can't run through it when zone repops).

Looked at the door entries for that zone. I don't see anything.
Looked into the npc_types just in case.
Tried a #object list 20 while standing next to it and nothing.
I'm sure it's something that can be taken outjust not sure what it is or where to find it. It's just an invisable "something" at the end of the Freeport East docks and it's about half a toon high and you can stand on it. It's got me baffled.

Possibly an invisible boat!
