Harm tough doesnt work on server The hidden Forest

I started a shadowknight this morning for wistful,,,

The Harm tough and the Lay Hand for a paladin doesnt work.

Its normal ?

Hey there,

It's an AA ability on THF (Harm Touch). You'll find it on your Alternate Advancement Window/General tab. (costs 0 points)
