Locked local server?

Hi all, this is my first time posting, and second day using this program (well, havent gotten it to work yet :D)

Heres my problem:
I want to play on a local server, so I followed all the directions in the readme. Although i couldn't get past the login before, now I figured out how to get to the server select screen. But it sais that the server I created is locked? How can i fix this and play on my local server?

So long as you have LoginServer.ini showing this:

locked=false

Then the reason its showing up locked I've found (by experience) is because you have no zone servers running. Make sure you had no errors when you ran boot5zones.bat. :)

Read up some other stuff here, and now I see that my prob was that I didnt do anything with SQL.. so I followed the directions i found, and now everything works, until I get to the boot5zones.bat file... I click on it, 4 windows open, and then my comp freezes and I have to reboot.

Make sure you sourced the db.sql.. and have the 3.6 and 3.9 addons. It helped with the problems I had a while back regarding the db.

/sigh, got everything to work, and now im getting 1017 errors...back to the drawring board i guess :D
