Racial based spells?

From my understanding on live there are deity specific spells. But is it possible to make a Racial only spell?

Example.

All Barbarians would get a spell/disc to teleport to their starting city (Halas).

I ask only because i havent messed with spells yet on my server. That will come at a later time i figured i would ask about it now.

i never tried it, but spell scrolls are items, and i think they are checked for race when you trying to scribe them.
if you using npc spell scribe, the script can be altered for race check as well.

anyway. take any low lev spell, say Gate, and set the scroll to be human only. then make high elf wizard and try to scribe. then make human wizard and check again - easy test

considering there's a server that provides you with spells based solely on the equipment you're wearing, i would say yes... it's possible.
