Chat command no longer functions

i just rebuilt my server and now im getting "this chat command no longer functions on this server" when i try to /ooc -- but /shout and /auc work fine. What did I do to break this or where would I look to find out whats wrong?

apparently people using titanium can do /ooc but not people using uf, hot, rof

From the crashdump it is failing to bind the listen port for some reason. Maybe the port numbers you have specified in the mailserver and chatserver blocks of eqemu_config.xml are in use by another program ?

Youl could try specifying a different port number, or post your eqemu_config.xml with any passwords removed.

I see chat and mail server on same port I say that be conflict right there.

I changed the ports, still no joy.
If the chat server was not connected, I shouldnt be able to /auc or /shout or /tell, right?

I can do those things, but when I do an /ooc I end up with an explicit error message that only occurs in (TESTED) HoT, UF ,RoF but OOC works fine with TITANIUM clients, so to me at least, it doesnt seem like a port error.

The message is pretty explicit

I took my server down for the night, and Yes, I made the corrections on the config , but I did not post an update to it. Thank you though.

I will try to recompile tomorrow and use a fresh peq and see if that works.

update 03-18-13: 0714(-5DST)
Swapped databases to a stock PEQ database and it seems fine.
I'm just going to go ahead and assume I fucked up somewhere along the lines somewhere with the database. I'll add the tables one by one until I break something, and then I'll know where i screwed up.

Yet do not use same ports for stuff it can cause issues to in future.

I believe when the UCS replaced mail/chat, you were supposed to use the same port.

Correct, there is only one application listening now, no need for 2 ports.
