I'm getting booted back to server screen, this is the message that I am getting after hitting enter world. I have tried searching for previous posts, and could not find anything. Please help if you know what the problem is.

Sorry, am running win 2k sp3, amd athlon 2000xp, 512 ram, geforce 3 64mb, cable internet, sb audigy card. EQW 2.3beta, EMU version 3.11 w/ minilogin, latest patch date was today. this help some? The same issue happened when trying to log onto a public emu server.

10/31 patch broke emu, I'd assume that's it.

i cant seem to get past the char makeing screen now
because i forgot to back up my eq folder and i patched on 10/31/02 any eta on next eqemu to fix problem?

Don't ask for EQEmu release dates, the dev team knows it's broke and i'm sure they're working as hard as they can to get the next version out as soon as possible. So the answer is...

OMG.. if I hear another "ETA" question for the rest of my life it will be too soon.. I'm so sick and tired of people asking ETA's on troubleshooting and coding..
Next time you want to ask an ETA ask yourself this "What's the ETA on when I will die?". Take your answer and attach it to the previous ETA question and there's your answer. You won't know until it happens.
Shit happens.. and you can be sure Sony is doing their best to prevent Emu's and ShowEQ from working.. hell they probably have people dedicated to the subjects so get used to things breaking.

Is there anywhere the patches are stored so that you could remove all the patches up to a certain point ?:confused:
I doubt that would work though
