Faction Headache. ><

I can't seem to find what I'm doing wrong with the factions, I've used the guide at this link (http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=FactionTables), however, I couldn't find npc_faction_values anywhere no my Database table, so I assumed it got collapsed into another table -shrug-...

Anyway, attached are a couple pictures to show you the steps I took.

I followed the guide as I stated... I can't figure it out. xD

I'm retarded... So I was wondering what I was doing wrong, and made a new item, figuring 'Ah, I wanna see if this item works' restarted server and... Heh. The factions worked just fine.
