after all there were this bug about cultual forges attacking kos people LOL its acient bug

Do you mean forges as in Blacksmithing, or foraging, as in Ranger and Druid skill?

its former. remember some skills stuff can be used as weapon model? i suspect its a specal item model for specal npc that use it and when clicked on shows a special "skill" bag like window that you use to do stuff in forges, loom, bakery etc.
