Not allowing me past Charater screen

Each Time I run the EQEmulator it starts out fine, the graphics regarding the toons are not there, It asks me to go back to Projects1999.org, What am I doing wrong.

This is EQEmu not P99. Maybe try their forums for assistance. If other servers work fine for you, then we can not help you.
