Error booting: boot5zones.bat

I get this error everytime I go to run the boot5zones.bat,

Error Loading NPCTypes: NPCTypes.cpp: OpenNPCTypesMMF: dwWaitResult != WAIT_OBJECT_0

Any idea of how I could fix this? Or another post that I may have looked over?

Please download the latest EQEMu Database Addon 3.11. Extract the files into your \mysql\bin directory. Execute mysql.exe and enter the command "source resource.sql;" (without quote).
