how do I enable? this is racking my head been searching around with no luck

in the rules tables there is the expansion rule that will effect some things: http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=ServerVariables#Expansions

also you will have to manually lock/unlock zones, easiest to do this with status

"update zone set min_status = 100 where expansion > 1;" will lock all nonclassic zones

I have that but when I click on SQL heid comes up and gives me one option... to import settings?
