Erro when trying to source required files

when i try to source files from C:\EQ\Source\utils\sql\git\required i get the erro shown in the link below

im using windows server 2008 i tryed to run CMD as admin i tryed using CD http://imgur.com/1zYCYkx

i tryed to source without admin and without using CD

it for every SQL in required folder... other than that everything els works like a charm

Not sure if putting quotes around the location of the file will help but it might work...

Otherwise you can change directory to that folder and directly write just... source filename.pl
