Keep getting EQLive Login

Hey all, obviously im new to this. I keep getting a live login screen when i run the game. I have completely removed all EQ related files from my computer and installed Titanium.

1. I then corrected the eqhost.txt per the instruction manual and successfully saved it. [LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5998

2. I also created and modified the .exe shortcut per the instruction manual. Like so: "C:\Program Files\Everquest\eqgame.exe" patchme

3. When I run the shortcut and get a live login screen, can i edit and retry? or do i need to wipe EQ and re-install everytime i try?

please help!........im having EQ withdrawls.....

Program files is a protected folder. You should move your install to a new folder. Good luck with it continuing to work.

Agree, move it out of program files folder. Problem you had before was windows "protecting" you from changes you made.
