Characters stuck

Im having a strange issue and Idk how to resolve it... When a character crashes while zoning or camping or whatever, they are literally locked out for 20+ mins. Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have an IP limit... I remember an issue where characters stayed in memory for a long time and it kept people from logging back in after a disconnect

yes actually I do... should i up it or remove it?

Last time I tested it.... it was really crappy and had to wait 10 to 15 minutes after a disconnectdisconnect I tried to change the time our takes to kick a disconnected player in the rule values but it never seemed to help...
