Hi everyone.

I've been an avid EQ player for quite some time, and I haven't played in quite some time.

The reason why I started this thread is well, because of RL situations (work), I've been unable to play EQ.

Now.

When I was off from work, I tried playing on the EQEmulator (that was taken down by P99 not that long ago)

And now...

I did a clean install of Titanium, I've done everything I can to get my account up and running again, but for the life of me, I can't access it.

I had a high level Shaman amongst other characters.

I have all my info for my account readily available but I can't access my account to play again.

Can someone guide me through or even have any idea what I need to do?

I miss playing EQ.

Thanks.

Are you saying you had an account on PEQ or P1999? Either way you may want to refer to their forums.

If you have lost your password, then refer here.

I had an account on P99, and I've already sent in a petition, it's just that I can't remember my password to my account at all.

I did however post in that thread you gave me so hopefully I'll get some answers soon.

So is the issue that you cannot remember or login or is it something else?

I have the login info, it just won't let me access my account no matter what.

And when I did, it told me that the spell files were outdated, and I even did the latest patch and it still isn't going so I'm not sure if I need to do a clean install to get it working again or what.

A friend of mine has been helping me and even a GM has said that my characters and account ARE indeed there, it's just I can't login for some reason.

It's frustrating me.

Okay, so you do not know your password. I would say you really need to rack your brain and remember what it is. There is absolutely no way to recover it from what I am told, because of the way the original login system was designed.

If you cannot remember it you are pretty much screwed unless you can get someone to verify your identity manually and change it, the chances of that are slim to none.

Finally remembered - was using the wrong login info, but now I actually have it written down TO remember.

Thanks.
