Unable to update e-mail

it says "The ability to change email addresses is currently disabled." Just don't wanna lose security to my account hence I don't have the same e-mail anymore.

I've been trying to change my email for like two weeks as I'm migrating my email accounts to a different provider, but haven't been able to for the same reason as above. Been trying to patiently wait but I figured I'd post if it wasn't fixed by this weekend, but since you already did I shall as well :)

Any ETA on when it will be re-enabled?

Wow, no idea why its disabled but that is shady as shit to turn it off and not let the users know about it and why it is disabled.

I am beginning to suspect someone took a vacation or some other event. I and another have been seeking assistance from a forum admin with fixing our older accounts. No response, either. I hit the IRC as well, but no one is responsive to inquiries. "idle" accounts.

Eventually, someone will notice and assist us. Just a matter of patience and time.

I wonder if it's related to their password recovery system they are working on. I'm not a web programmer but maybe its turned off while they work on that. In any case hopefully they take notice soon or let us know whats going on.

I realize that there are some players who have lost access to their accounts, who may not be able to utilize this system to recover. We are looking into further methods of account recoveries. We are interested to hear these situations though. If you are one of these players, please post under the petition section (Use the Account Recovery prefix) and explain your situation in detail.
